Another day, another inspiration. You know inspirations are what keep us moving you know... Hehehe some people asked how I thought of the word Stylespiration... Or OOTD-iary. You can call me the name-fix guru. Looking for an interesting way to express words. Yah! and the label Stylespiration(Style Inspiration) was born.
Today I focused on sequin. Shainashaina as we called it when we were younger....
The sequin has been popularly worn for night out but it is now transitioning to a day time outfit..
Sequins are used to even add some detail to plain clothes. Funny thing,when am thrifting in those really crowded stalls and I happen to always spot a sequin. I always lift it up from the heap to see how it actually looks. Sequins provide very attractive details to clothes and can even be worn with mixed prints. It funny how a really boring outfit is transitioned by a single sequin detail.
You can also add sequin to clothes to shift the attention of people to/from certain parts of your body; like when you trying to hide the extra layers...
However, if the sequin outfits are not well tailored, they can be quite uncomfortable.
